|Dried Agaricus blazei Murill (100g package)
The ABM is dried at 53degree C for half a day immediately after harvest. Add about 10g of ABM to 1 liter of water. After boiling at high heat, maintain over gentle heat about 20~25min. It is recommended to drink the extract of ABM within 3 days.

What is Agaricus
|The Agaricus blazei Murill (ABM) mushroom was originally founded in Piedade near SaoPaulo in Brazil. An American scientist founded that there were few people living in these region suffering from life-style related diseases, and attributed the low level of diseases to the ABM they often ate.
The ABM was brought into Japan about 35 years ago, and artificial cultivation was tried. However, it was difficult to establish the cultivating method and harvest a certain amount of ABM throughout the year.
In 1992, Taiai Co., Ltd. succeeded in mass artificial cultivation of ABM by using experience obtained from Shimeji mushroom cultivation. Since then, Taiai Co., Ltd. keeps to provide a stable supply of the high grade ABM to Japanese health food market. Recently, the ABM is cultivated in various parts of the world such as Brazil, Japan, China and the U.S. However, because most of the other ABM makers cultivate ABM in open fields in its native state, the level of active constituents in their ABM are thought to be susceptible to the weather conditions. Since Taiai ABM is cultivated in plant that can control the temperature and humidity, we can cultivate and harvest the high grade ABM everyday regardless of weather conditions.
